In the US, more gay men can donate blood thanks to new regulations.

Gay and bisexual men who are in monogamous relationships are permitted to donate blood in the U.S. S. without refraining from sex in accordance with new federal health recommendations that concentrate on donors' actions rather than their sexual orientation.
