Pfizer has acquired the biotechnology company Seegene for 43 billion dollars

The American pharmaceutical giant Pfizer announced on Monday that it has signed an agreement to acquire Seagen, a biotechnology company specializing in new cancer treatments, for 43 billion dollars.
