Anemia is a common disease found in individuals especially women. It is generally thought that anemia is caused due to nutritional deficiencies like iron deficiency or vitamin deficiency or others.
But there are some cases when administering supplements is not enough to control anemia in adults and then it is required to take specialist consultation. In such cases, the speaker, Dr Pravas Mishra shares valuable insights for managing anemia.
Dr Mishra explains the possible reasons for anemia in individuals both men and women. Further, he also explains about hemogram, like how the hemogram should be studied or evaluated and how it can be interpreted. Dr Mishra suggests why having a complete blood count (hemogram) is necessary for the management of anemia through case studies.
