Prunes may help lower inflammation and maintain bone health, according to a study.

A recent study that was published in The Journal of Nutrition suggests that eating prunes on a daily basis may lessen the effects of bone loss in postmenopausal women as well as inflammation markers linked to bone signaling pathways.
