In Meniere's disease, vertigo gets better after endolymphatic sac surgery and cochlear implantation.

For patients with Meniere disease (MD), endolymphatic sac surgery alone (ESSalone), cochlear implantation alone (CIalone), and ESS with CI (ESS+CI) all improve vertigo control, with CIalone having the highest success rate.
