Is obesity a contributing factor in the higher rate of colon cancer among Millennials and Gen Zers, according to data?

According to recent data released by the American Cancer Society, colon cancer is currently the primary cause of cancer-related deaths among men under 50. Just breast cancer is more common in women under 50 than colon cancer. Not too far in the past.
