Following acute coronary syndromes, there is no decrease in cardiovascular events observed with the COVID-19 vaccine.

A research letter published online in JAMA Network Open on May 30 indicates that patients who have had at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine following an acute coronary syndrome are not at lower risk of cardiovascular events.
