Study: Women at high risk of BRCA1 breast cancer have lower mortality rates when they are under magnetic resonance surveillance.

Sant Pau Research Institute's Clinical Oncology group participated in an international study that was published in JAMA Oncology, and the results showed that MRI monitoring significantly improved survival for women with BRCA1 gene mutations.
