NYC Life Expectancy Dropped by 4 Point 6-Years Due to COVID.

Groups of non-White people experienced the biggest drops. For Black New Yorkers, the life expectancy dropped to 73 years (a 5 point 5 year decrease from 2019), while it dropped to 77 point 3 years for Hispanic/Latino New Yorkers (a 6 year decrease).
