A research team has finally solved the structure of a critical enzyme involved in Sanfilippo syndrome.

A team led by Alexey Pshezhetsky, a professor in the Faculty of Medicine at Université de Montréal and researcher at CHU Sainte-Justine, has successfully solved the peculiar structure of the HGSNAT enzyme for the first time.
