Black cisgender women are more trusting of PrEP following a beauty salon-based intervention.

In a pilot study, it was found that a beauty salon-based intervention increased trust in pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) among Black cisgender women who identify as African American and other Black women by increasing knowledge and awareness of it.
