Black, Asian, and Hispanic populations are disproportionately affected by anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis, according to a study.

The rare epileptic condition known as anti-NMDAR encephalitis is seven to four times more common in Black, Asian, and Hispanic people than in White people, according to the study.
