ART can be a useful tool to manage infertility issues in women. ART or Assisted Reproductive Technology includes all fertility treatments in which either eggs or embryos are surgically removed from a woman's ovaries, then combined with sperm in the laboratory, and then again returned to the woman's body or donated to another woman.
