Additionally, novel therapeutic agents targeting specific pathophysiological mechanisms, such as CGRP inhibitors for migraine, are showing promise in clinical trials.

A comprehensive approach involving accurate diagnosis, multimodal management, patient education, and keeping abreast with emerging trends can enhance patient care and outcomes in this challenging clinical domain.
