Speciality: Oncology
Description:
Today, we're tackling some of the most common myths about cancer. One widespread belief is that cancer is always a death sentence. In reality, many cancers are treatable and survival rates have improved significantly thanks to early detection and better treatments. Another myth is that sugar feeds cancer directly. While a healthy diet is important, there’s no evidence that sugar alone causes cancer to grow faster. Some people also think that using mobile phones or microwaves causes cancer, but extensive research has found no link. Being informed helps us make better choices for prevention and treatment. Remember, if you have questions or concerns, always consult your healthcare professional.
