Description:

In today’s digital world, we spend more time than ever looking at screens—whether it’s computers, smartphones, or tablets. But have you ever noticed your eyes feeling tired or strained after a long day online? Excessive screen time can lead to digital eye strain, also known as computer vision syndrome. Symptoms include dry eyes, blurred vision, headaches, and even difficulty focusing. This happens because we tend to blink less while staring at screens, reducing moisture in the eyes. To maintain visual comfort, experts recommend following the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Taking regular breaks and adjusting screen brightness can also help keep your eyes healthy and comfortable.
