Description:

Welcome to today’s episode, where we’ll explore tonsillitis, a common condition that affects people of all ages. Tonsillitis is inflammation of the tonsils, which are two small glands at the back of your throat. This condition is often caused by viral or bacterial infections. Common symptoms include a sore throat, difficulty swallowing, swollen tonsils, and sometimes fever or headache. You may also notice red or white patches on the tonsils and swollen lymph nodes in the neck. While most cases resolve on their own, it’s important to seek medical advice if symptoms persist or worsen. Understanding these signs can help you manage tonsillitis effectively and know when to consult a healthcare professional.
