Description:

Welcome to our health podcast. Today, we’re discussing the early warning signs of a stroke. Recognising these signs quickly can save lives. The most common signs include sudden numbness or weakness in the face, arm, or leg, especially on one side of the body. You might also notice sudden confusion, trouble speaking, or difficulty understanding speech. Other warning signs include sudden trouble seeing in one or both eyes, dizziness, loss of balance, or a severe headache with no known cause. If you or someone nearby experiences any of these symptoms, act fast and call emergency services immediately. Remember, time is critical when it comes to stroke. Stay informed, and help protect yourself and your loved ones.
