How to Maintain Good Oral Hygiene

Speciality: Dentistry

Description:

Welcome to our podcast on maintaining good oral hygiene. Keeping your teeth and gums healthy starts with simple daily habits. Brush your teeth at least twice a day using a fluoride toothpaste, and don't forget to replace your toothbrush every three months. Flossing once a day helps remove plaque and food particles between your teeth, where a brush can't reach. Limit sugary snacks and drinks, as sugar can contribute to tooth decay. Regular dental check-ups, ideally every six months, help catch any issues early. And of course, drinking plenty of water supports overall oral health. By following these steps, you can keep your smile healthy and bright for years to come.
