Speciality: Nephrology
Description:
Welcome to our podcast. Today, we’re discussing the early signs of kidney problems. The kidneys play a vital role in filtering waste and balancing fluids in your body, so it’s important to recognize warning signs early. Some common early symptoms include swelling in your ankles or around your eyes, fatigue, changes in urination such as foamy urine or needing to go more often, and persistent itching. You might also notice muscle cramps or difficulty concentrating. These signs can be subtle, so it’s easy to overlook them. If you experience any of these symptoms, it’s important to talk to your healthcare provider for further testing. Early detection can make a significant difference in managing kidney health.
