Trametinib is a cancer medicine that interferes with the growth and spread of cancer cells in the body. Trametinib is used to treat: Unresectable or metastatic melanoma with BRAF V600E or V600K mutations as detected by an FDA-approved test, Metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with BRAF V600E mutations as detected by an FDA-approved test.
