To maximize the effectiveness of chest compressions and to reduce fatigue, it is important to take breaks during CPR. This article will discuss the importance of taking a break from chest compressions and how it can improve the overall quality of CPR.

By taking a break, providers can reduce the physical and mental fatigue associated with chest compressions, allowing them to provide more effective and consistent compressions.
