Idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis (IGH) is a skin disorder characterized by multiple, small, white or light-colored spots on the skin. IGH may also be referred to as leukoderma acquisitum centrifugum, idiopathic punctate leukoderma, or idiopathic melanosis.
