Description:

Welcome to our podcast. Today, let’s talk about recognizing the early signs of a heart attack before it becomes critical. Many people expect sudden, severe chest pain, but the symptoms can often be more subtle. You might feel pressure, discomfort, or a squeezing sensation in your chest that comes and goes. Pain can also radiate to the arms, neck, jaw, or back. Other warning signs include shortness of breath, cold sweats, nausea, or lightheadedness. These symptoms can appear gradually, so it’s important to pay attention and act quickly. If you notice any of these signs, don’t wait—seek medical help immediately. Early recognition can save lives.
