Description:

In today’s episode, we’re exploring simple yet effective ways to protect your skin from sun damage. Sun exposure is the leading cause of premature ageing and increases the risk of skin cancer. Start by applying a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 every day, even on cloudy days. Don’t forget to reapply every two hours if you’re outdoors. Wear protective clothing, such as wide-brimmed hats and sunglasses, to shield your face and eyes. Seek shade during peak sun hours, typically between 11 am and 3 pm. By adopting these straightforward habits, you can maintain healthy, youthful skin and significantly reduce your risk of long-term sun damage.
