Speciality: Pediatrics
Description:
Welcome to our podcast. Today, we’re discussing how to manage childhood fever and what every parent should know. Fever is a common response to infection and, in most cases, is not harmful. If your child has a fever, keep them comfortable and encourage fluids. Dress them in light clothing and monitor their temperature. Paracetamol or ibuprofen can help lower fever, but always follow dosage instructions. Watch for signs of serious illness, such as difficulty breathing, persistent vomiting, or a rash, and seek medical advice if these occur. Remember, most childhood fevers resolve on their own, but trust your instincts—if you’re concerned, consult a healthcare professional. Thanks for listening.
