Speciality: Physiotherapy
Description:
Welcome to today’s episode, where we focus on simple neck pain relief exercises you can do in the comfort of your home. If you’re experiencing stiffness or mild discomfort in your neck, gentle movements can help. Start by slowly tilting your head from side to side, holding each stretch for about five seconds. Next, gently turn your head left and right, again pausing at each side. Finally, try a chin tuck—pull your chin towards your chest, feeling a gentle stretch in the back of your neck. Remember, move slowly and stop if you feel pain. Practising these exercises daily can improve flexibility and reduce tension. For persistent pain, always consult a healthcare professional.
