Description:

Welcome to our podcast. Today, we’ll discuss simple, effective exercises for relieving frozen shoulder. Frozen shoulder, or adhesive capsulitis, causes pain and limited movement in your shoulder joint. Gentle stretching is key. Start with pendulum swings: lean forward, let your arm hang, and sway it gently in small circles. Next, try towel stretches—hold a towel behind your back with both hands and gently pull upward. Wall climbs are also helpful: face a wall and slowly walk your fingers upward, raising your arm as high as comfortable. Remember, consistency is vital, and avoid pushing through pain. Always consult your doctor or physiotherapist before starting any exercise routine. With patience and regular practice, these movements can help restore shoulder mobility and reduce discomfort.
