Description:

Welcome to our podcast. Today, let’s talk about the early warning signs of stroke. Recognizing these signs quickly can save lives. Remember the acronym FAST: Face drooping, Arm weakness, Speech difficulty, and Time to call emergency services. If someone’s face suddenly droops, they can’t raise both arms evenly, or their speech becomes slurred or hard to understand, it’s crucial to seek help immediately. Other warning signs include sudden confusion, trouble seeing in one or both eyes, dizziness, or a severe headache with no known cause. Acting fast makes a huge difference in recovery. Stay informed, and share this knowledge with your loved ones—it could save a life.
