The practice of medicine is governed by several important ethical precepts, including confidentiality, beneficence, respect for patient autonomy, truth-telling, and the highest degree of professionalism. Yet medical practice can also be challenged by these principles, particularly when 2 or more of them are in conflict. There will be an opportunity on Day 2 to practice clinical reasoning and professional boundary skills with a standardized patient regarding personal/professional/prescribing/sexual / and financial relationships and boundaries
