Smoking cessation requires a multifaceted approach, combining behavioral, pharmacological, technological, and motivational strategies. As healthcare professionals, it is our responsibility to stay informed about the latest evidence-based interventions and to tailor our approach to each patient's unique needs and circumstances. This comprehensive approach can significantly improve our patients' chances of successfully quitting smoking and thereby enhancing their overall health.
