In conclusion, AMS programs play a critical role in optimizing patient care in hospitals by ensuring the judicious use of antimicrobials. They contribute to patient safety, reduce healthcare costs, and combat AMR. Therefore, it is imperative for healthcare institutions to prioritize the implementation and continuous improvement of these programs.
