Biological resilience refers to the dynamic process by which individuals maintain or regain optimal physiological function following stress or illness. Preventive care, encompassing primary, secondary, and tertiary interventions, represents a cornerstone in fostering resilience at both individual and population levels. This review outlines the clinical guidelines and evidence base for preventive strategies aimed at enhancing long-term biological resilience, with a focus on mechanisms, risk modification, and practical implementation in clinical practice.
