Risk stratification at the point of first medical contact is vital. Tools such as the GRACE and TIMI risk scores can aid in identifying high-risk patients who may benefit from early invasive strategies. Optimizing ACS management requires a comprehensive approach that includes early risk stratification, optimal use of pharmacotherapy, appropriate use of invasive strategies, and diligent post-discharge care. By implementing these advanced strategies, healthcare professionals can significantly improve patient outcomes in ACS.
