In certain cases, skin biopsy may be required. Imaging studies can also be helpful if systemic involvement is suspected.

Managing fever with rash in clinical practice requires a systematic approach, encompassing a thorough clinical assessment, targeted diagnostic investigations, and appropriate management strategies. By maintaining a high index of suspicion and understanding the varied clinical presentations, clinicians can effectively navigate this diagnostic dilemma.
