It is invaluable in detecting coronary artery disease, assessing myocardial ischemia, evaluating cardiac function, and identifying structural abnormalities. Furthermore, it guides therapeutic interventions, aids in risk stratification, and monitors treatment response. The ongoing advancements in cardiac imaging technology promise to further expand its applications and improve patient outcomes.
