As polypharmacy becomes more prevalent, healthcare professionals need to be adept at identifying and managing potential drug interactions. This requires a combination of clinical knowledge, patient engagement, and teamwork. By adopting a proactive and holistic approach to polypharmacy, healthcare providers can help ensure optimal patient outcomes in an increasingly complex healthcare landscape.
