Early detection of cancer significantly improves prognosis and survival rates. It allows for a wider range of treatment options and reduces the risk of metastasis. PCPs play a critical role in this process by identifying potential cases and facilitating timely diagnosis.
Despite their crucial role, PCPs face several challenges in cancer detection. However, these technologies must be implemented thoughtfully to ensure they are accessible and beneficial to all patients.
