Regular follow-up, patient-centered outcome assessment, and shared decision-making are cornerstone principles. Guidelines recommend risk stratification using validated symptom scores, urodynamic evaluation in complex or refractory cases, and timely referral to specialized care when indicated. Integration of new diagnostic and therapeutic modalities should be guided by robust clinical evidence and patient safety considerations.
