Abstract

Traditional single-organ approaches are often inadequate, necessitating innovative strategies such as multi-organ drug delivery platforms. This review explores the current landscape, mechanisms, and recent advances in multi-organ drug delivery systems for managing multimorbidity, with a focus on clinical utility, emerging evidence, and future directions.

Introduction
