Amidst the escalating global burden of chronic diseases and lifestyle-related disorders, traditional wellness practices are increasingly recognized for their holistic and preventive approach to health. These practices, which span from herbal medicine and mind-body interventions to dietary patterns and physical activity regimens, are underpinned by centuries of empirical use. Recent scientific investigations have sought to elucidate the biological mechanisms, efficacy, and safety of these modalities, highlighting their relevance for sustainable health promotion within a modern clinical framework.
