Vigilant drug safety monitoring is essential to identify, characterize, and mitigate HDIs that may compromise therapeutic outcomes or patient safety. This review synthesizes current scientific evidence, clinical insights, and expert recommendations on the patterns and mechanisms of herbal drug interactions.
