It is essential to tailor the diagnostic approach to the individual patient's clinical context.
Management of chronic diarrhea involves addressing the underlying cause, controlling symptoms, and managing complications. Pharmacological therapy, dietary modifications, and psychotherapy are the mainstay of treatment. The choice of therapy should be individualized and patient-centered.
