Abstract

Recommendations support early and ongoing assessment, patient-centered goal setting, individualized rehabilitation plans, and active involvement of nursing professionals in care coordination. Implementation of evidence-based protocols, ongoing staff education, and quality improvement initiatives are essential for successful integration of regenerative recovery pathways into routine practice.
