The global healthcare landscape is witnessing a paradigm shift from reactive, disease-oriented care toward proactive, preventive models. Primary care, as the first point of contact, is uniquely positioned to provide comprehensive preventive services including screening, immunization, risk factor modification, and health education. Robust preventive networks within primary care not only attenuate the progression of non-communicable and communicable diseases but also contribute to healthcare system sustainability. However, gaps in implementation, resource allocation, and integration persist, necessitating a critical evaluation of strategies that can fortify these networks for improved public health outcomes.
