Mizaj describes an individual's inherent balance of qualities such as hot-cold and wet-dry, which collectively influence physiological processes, disease susceptibility, and therapeutic responsiveness. As precision medicine gains traction, the variability in Mizaj is increasingly recognized as a dynamic factor that could predict an individual’s risk for functional health disorders, including metabolic, cardiovascular, and neuropsychiatric conditions.
