Computer-assisted navigation and patient-specific instrumentation further refine surgical accuracy. Multidisciplinary assessment, shared decision-making, and structured rehabilitation are emphasized to optimize functional recovery. The importance of individualized care plans and longitudinal follow-up is highlighted for monitoring disease progression and patient satisfaction.
