Description:

Welcome to our podcast. Today we’re discussing one of the most important health topics: the early signs of kidney disease. Kidney disease often develops silently, with symptoms that are easy to overlook. Some of the earliest signs include persistent fatigue, changes in urination such as increased frequency or foamy urine, swelling in your ankles or around your eyes, and unexplained shortness of breath. You may also notice a metallic taste in your mouth or loss of appetite. If you experience any of these symptoms, it’s important not to ignore them. Early detection can make a significant difference in treatment outcomes. Always consult your doctor if you’re concerned, and remember—looking after your kidneys is vital for your overall health.
