Speciality: IVF
Description:
Welcome to our podcast on understanding the IVF process step by step. IVF, or in vitro fertilization, is a medical procedure that helps people with fertility challenges conceive a child. The process begins with hormone treatments to stimulate the ovaries, followed by the retrieval of eggs. These eggs are then combined with sperm in a lab to create embryos. After a few days of development, one or more healthy embryos are transferred into the uterus. The process is carefully monitored by medical professionals at every stage, and a pregnancy test is performed about two weeks after the transfer. IVF is a journey that requires patience, support, and guidance. Thanks for joining us as we break down this complex but hopeful process.
