Fragmented care has been associated with reduced clinical success rates, increased psychological distress, and diminished patient satisfaction. This article offers a comprehensive exploration of the clinical, mechanistic, and practical aspects of ensuring continuity of care throughout ART, drawing on recent PubMed-indexed studies and international guidelines.
